Where I Buy my Printmaking Supplies - Online Retailers
I buy almost all of my art supplies online now. Here are my most used sites.
Most of these are UK-based but do ship internationally, just check on their website for details.
Jackson’s Art - large selection of art supplies including printmaking materials.
Lawrence Art Supplies - similar to Jacksons, large selection of general art supplies including printmaking materials.
Handprinted - printmaking focused, so they have lots of specialty items. Also have a good blog and tutorials section on their website.
Chris Daunt - where I buy my woodblocks, burnishing tools and send my blocks if I need them resurfaced.
Shepherd’s London - speciality printmaking papers.
World of Books - has a large selection of affordable second-hand art books.
AbeBooks - has a large selection of affordable second-hand art books - and lots of niche printmaking books.
Lion - framing and packaging supplies - where I buy my mount board.
Moo - where I get my business cards printed. They’re more expensive than a lot of similar companies but I find the quality is much better so it’s worth it.
Fotospeed - where I bought my deckled edge ruler. There’s lots of other options online and in craft stores but this is the only one i found that was heavy/sharp enough and created a realistic rip.
I’m not affiliated with any of the sites I linked. I just want to make it easy to find the products :)
